Shipping

• Processing: Orders ship within 1–2 business days.
• Delivery Options:
  Standard UK: 3–7 business days
  • Express UK: 1–3 business days
    • International: 7–14 business days (customs/taxes may apply)

Returns & Exchanges

• Eligibility: Unused, in original packaging, tags intact, within 14 days of receipt.
• Request: Email returns@faithfulhairgazm.com with your order # and reason.
• Authorization: We send a Return Authorization (RA) number.
• Ship Back: You have 7 days to return via tracked shipping.
• Refund Policy:
  Refunds processed within 5–7 business days post-receipt
  • Refund issued to original payment method (minus return postage)
• Exchanges: Make a new purchase after return is confirmed.
• Non-Returnable: Worn or altered products and “Final Sale” items—no exceptions.
